Ingredients:
- 30g of Coriander
- 100 ml of Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar or wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves
Preparation:
Wash the coriander well and peel the garlic. Chop the coriander coarsely, placing it in a small bowl for sauces.
Then chop the garlics very well. Put them together with coriander, olive oil and vinegar.
Emulsify everything well and is ready to serve.
